International shipping(customers from outside of USA) usually takes 5-10 business days but it may take up to 30 business days and we have no control over shipping. Please make sure you have enough time to wait for order before you place any order. Also please be aware of any custom/duty charges for your country. Customer will be responsible for these charges. We will do our best to avoid these charges.

Domestic free shipping takes 3-5 business days from your order date. If you are in rush, you can select faster shipping options for additional charges.

You can return any item within 14 days of your purchase, there will be %10 re-stocking fee for any item being returned. For domestic orders, we can exchange the ring for a different size, if the ring don't fit you well. Customer will be responsible shipping cost when sending ring back to us. We will pay for shipping when shipping ring back once we exchanged the ring. Please make sure you have correct measurements. Please remember, best way to measure your ring size is to have local jewelry store measure it. For international orders, customer needs to pay for shipping plus the shipping when we are replacing the ring and sending it back.
